HOW YOU CAN HELP AND BENEFIT
If you would like to get involved more in village life, come along to the events organised by the Society or join one or more of the groups who meet regularly in the hall.
Our events are advertised via Newsletters delivered to every householder in Chartham Hatch, on the Village Hall noticeboard, on the “white board” outside the hall and on the events page of our web-site.
Offers of help are always gladly accepted – you don’t have to be on the committee to be involved – just come along or contact a member of the committee.
We are currently researching the history of the hall with help from many villagers, including
• developing the web-site
• recording the memories of local residents
• transcribing their memories
• visiting archives
• helping with refreshments at exhibitions
